hcc::medical, founded in 2011 is a spin off of 2112portals.com, a development site for portal frameworks, to emphasize more on the development and consulting for i.s.h.med which started in 2004.

Since 2112portals developed into a software manufacturer for portals, hcc::medical focuses on i.s.h.med development and consulting. Our goal is high efficiency in development speed in implemening customer solutions to enhance i.s.h.med. In late 2011 we brought the company also to Israel and now offer outsourcing to Israel at highly competitive rates.
